Queen’s Reserve is our Caviar Master's handmade caviar. This golden hue caviar is selected, crafted and cured by the Caviar Queen herself. It has a large bead with a beautiful burst of creamy nutty flavor. This is the caviar we choose to eat simply on a spoon.

Acipenser Transmontanous The white sturgeon inhabits the Eastern Pacific Ocean from Alaska to the Baja peninsula. Matures 7-9 years, 5-6 ft in length and 80-100lbs.
